Acceptable Use

You may use Nonogram Odyssey only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (except as allowed by law), use cheats or automation to gain unfair advantage, harass other users, or use the service in any way that could harm the app, our systems, or other users.

Accounts

If the app offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Virtual Currency / Tokens

Any in-app virtual currency, tokens, or similar items have no cash value and are non-transferable. They are licensed for use only within the app and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to other users or third parties.

Purchases

If the app offers in-app purchases (e.g., virtual items or premium features), such purchases are final except where required by law or platform policy. Refund requests may be handled through the app store (Google Play, App Store) in accordance with their policies.

Intellectual Property

Nonogram Odyssey and its content (including puzzles, design, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the app. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if nothing was paid, zero).

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
