Account Management
You can request permanent deletion of your Nonogram Odyssey account and personal data at any time.
Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm, and deletion takes effect immediately. This is the fastest method.
If you can no longer access the app, email support@nonogramodyssey.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.
The following personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed:
Puzzles you have submitted to Nonogram Odyssey are part of the shared puzzle library and are not deleted when you delete your account. This is covered in our Terms & Conditions, which you agree to when submitting a puzzle.
Certain records must be kept for legal or compliance reasons. They are held securely and used only for the stated purpose — never for marketing.
